Seriously. :cya Not even "Come Pick Me Up" and that's not even his best in my opinion (hello, "Let it Ride").

But I did see a lot of Greg Dulli love, which pleased me. And I'm reminded that I need to get a Buffalo Tom CD just to try it out. Yeah, that set me up for some mid-90s reminiscing.

And now I've got "Running Up that Hill" by Kate Bush in my head - not what I would have hoped. :banghead

It's a damn good opener, though.

I listened to a show today which had TBY slow followed by TBY fast. :(

Would you be surprised to hear it was originally an "over-the-air" radio station near Cincinnati? ;) WOXY was my favorite station growing up.

I just don't understand how RA's stuff isn't more appreciated?? 500 tracks and only 1 from him??? Doesn't make any sense.

I'm jealous. The closest Atlanta ever came to a cool station was a show called "Fear of Music" on 99X. Dude played everything. Afghan Whigs, Blue Mountain - just everything. I miss that show. :woundme

And now there are only classic rock stations (that deem AC/DC in highest regard) an assload of top 40 stations and one semi-decent alternative-type station. Sad. :cya I've sooooo got to get a new CD player for my car (one that doesn't skip incessantly)
