I've spent more time PMing and emailing people today than is probably healthy too...I think I need my husband to come back from his trip or something.....

Well usually I can make an arse of myself without leaving the house, but you're right, sometimes its nice to get out.

He went to a baseball match today/yesterday/whenever in NY - said the weirdest thing was watching people eat hot chips smothered in what looked like melted cheese. Yum.

I've never heard of the cheese/chips combo. This is not the Australian way.

He's back on Monday week - leaves NY tomorrow and then spends the rest of the trip in Canada, which he's looking forward to. I've passed on the tips I got from RAA on things to do in Vancouver, he's heading to the markets and to Grouse Mountain.

He really enjoyed NY; said it makes Sydney look like a country town.

How many Ryan shows are you going to, btw Steve?

Well I hope he has fun out there - not bad for a work trip.

I am only going to the first of the London shows, I can't believe I stupidly thought it was a good idea to show some restraint this time around.

Ha, I know it. He works for a Swedish firm - those Swedes are a pushover apparently. Have fun at the London show - you have a wedding coming up so
a little restaint is probably a good thing.
