I just noticed that the Ryan online store is closed at the moment....maybe that means that they will actually be getting some merch in there for once...

Then they actually have to send out the stuff to the customers.....didn't some people have terrible problems getting the merchandise before?

Yeah, I had a really bad experience with them. Never got my items, wrote them many e-mails, most of which were ignored, then finally when they replied they told me my order was lost and they'd resend it. Another month or more past and they never did. I wrote asking for a refund and after my e-mails were once again ignored, I had to ask my credit card company to deal with them and I finally got reimbursed that way. I'd never deal with them again. It's a very unprofessional company if you have to deal with them directly.

That sucks, all I've learnt from that company is to be patient...about 3 weeks for stuff to get to the UK, but never had any problems.

That's good, hopefully most people haven't. I think it's mainly if things don't go smoothly with your order and you have to deal with them to sort it out that they just don't follow through.

i've never been able to use it because every time i check i either dont have spare cash or they're out of stock
