Pavement - Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain

i was real into pavement in high school...seen them a bunch of times...they are great....get slanted & enchanted and wowee zowee too...summer babe and kennel district are two of my all-time favorite songs...and that's a pretty nice haircut!

I used to be into Pavement awhile back too. Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain is a great album. I'm likely in the minority, but I actually prefer it to the critically acclaimed Slanted & Enchanted.

Crooked Rain and Slanted & Enchanted both rip, especially the new 2 Disc re-releases, I usually don't buy into re-releases, but man, they have EVERYTHING the band ever released from those era, b-sides, comp tracks, outtakes, plus radio performances and Slanted even has an entire live show on disc 2.

One of my favorite albums of all time from one of my favorite acts of all time. The remastered re-release is also great, but the re-release of S&E is better for the additional material.
