If we've already had this thread - I'm sorry - ignore me but I won't go away.

Since the current line-up are so tight I thought it would be interesting to find out people's favourite band member (obviously other than Ryan) and the reason why.

I used to think it was Brad but now I'm really hooked on Neal. I think he contributes such a lot with his guitar playing and his vocals and his voice is so complimentary to Ryan's on the harmonies that I can't imagine the band without him. He seems such a gentle quiet guy that just gets on with his music (he's probably none of those things).

I like Chris as well - but just because he always seems amused/bemused by what's going on. I really like watching him.

Brad! I like all of them though, I've really grown to love Neal too. Still, Brad's my favorite.

I'd go with Brad since he's been with Ryan long before the Cardinals, but John's pedal steel has been incredible on this acoustic run they've been doing.

It's hard to choose isn't it because they are all such great musicians in their own way and all very different.

I totally agree about Neal, but Brad's still my favourite. Neal is a very close second place though.

Neal's my favourite. The quiet one.

Neal for me too. The harmonies take the tunes to a whole other level.
