I try and save a picture for signiture but i always says unable to save image. How would I get a picture up?

Assuming you do mean a signature pic and not an avatar.. I'm not sure you can even use pics in your signature? It might be disabled. Rob?

Yes, I have disabled pics in sigs...I think that it causes the board to get a little cluttered.

Apparently using the Edit portion is the perfect prescription for getting it up;) I just didn't look hard enough for that before... like an old dog running out of new tricks.
