Well, I'll let you know how they are. I'm off. Thanks to TBY for aiding in my decision making process. Really, I couldn't have pulled it off without you.

Night all.

Wow. Unanimity on TBY! littleamen is a unifying force. Perhaps she could be of service in the middle east...

How was the show??

Maybe it should become a requirement - that could be fun. ;)

I'm too late for the poll littleamen, but I hope you had a good time!

He really is, I have seen hijm twice solo now, and he melts your face. I have him tonight, will be there for Tirefire [maybe] and leave after Jason, even though I hate to pay 20 bucks to see Jason play a hour set, whatever, not a big Cracker fan.

That's exactly what I did. BYTF was good. Jason was more than worth the price of admission. Incredibly impressed with both him and and the 400 unit....what an intense bunch! Completely face melting.

Sirens of the Ditch will wind up being on my top 5 list for this year and the show drew heavily from that record. He pulled out a few old goodies from the Dirty South as well as Outfit from Decoration Day. So great to see the new life those songs got live.

He's opening for Will Hoge in Charleston on New Years Eve.

I really hate Will Hoge though, so I'm in the same dilemma as you.

Seriously, go for Isbell and bow out. I definitely don't regret it.

How long did he play? I'd end up spending around 50 bucks for tickets if I went. :/

littleamen

Yikes. That's sort of steep. I only paid 15 bucks.

He played for about an hour. But, there was an opening band before him too. So, they took up some of what would have been his time.

God, I hate Will Hoge too. I saw him open for the Avett Bros. and he was terrible, so boring and, he reminded me of Dave Matthews, all his fans were frat guys in sandals and cachi pants...
