The only 2 of those I've heard are Gram and Wilco (and I love them both). I have Bright Eyes' Casadaga...and if Wide Awake sounds similar to it, I just wouldn't call it alt-country.

Gram Parsons, Bright Eyes, Wilco. Im Wide Awake is a lot different and better than Casadaga.

I'm pretty sure that happened when Uncle Tupelo, Lucinda, AND Gillian Welch got voted out before Bright Eyes.
