I miss you
I would have more fun with you
but if I say something about loss
people will not automatically assume
that it means
i was going in a direction
towards people I knew
and not you, Poetry
but you and I know,
we know the truth Captain Poetry
we know that I write you
so that you can be words
turned into awesomeness shit
like pirate ships made out of rare crystals
and pirates with mirrored eyes
and with the ability to levitate
also
with special powers
like the ability to spray Fruit Loops (tm)
out of your long scary fingernails
because if you, Abraham Poetry
are going to have special powers
you would look stupid without badass cereal spray capabilites
as the evening goes in circles
round a gated feild
smeared with ragweed
and broken fences
oh shit that was not about pirate weirdness
anyway

while somehow i become just like a human being
or an electric horse head
on a winding race track

you always kind of felt stupid
and spelling is really boring
and i am obviously not interested in art
just hot tubs
because

all my poetry was about hot tubs and money marketing
