Great album but it's a shame I have to take off 32 points because they're French

A new Justice album is here. Being familiar with some of their previous work and not liking it very much, my expectations weren't very high. Especially considering the singles were quite lukewarm, for the most part.

I went into this wanting to understand Taylor deeper as an artist, and I think Taylor went into it with the same mindset. I found myself connecting to a lot of themes here more than I expected to, and with reacting live I also saw a lot of people who were not even willing to give this a remote shot. I am happy I tried to really gather an experience out of this, because despite not loving it, I do feel like I have a deeper understanding of Taylor.
