Wondering if he's playing Lolla? In the Midwest at the right time with a schedule gap.

Explains no Chicago date for sure

But don't sleep on the cruise up to Milwaukee. Riverside Theatre is a beaut too.

Kind of cool he's playing Edgefield in Oregon. That place was rumoured to be an old abandoned poor house/asylum. We used to sneak in there at night and scare the shit out of ourselves. Now it's a full on brew pub hotel concert venue.

Re: North American Tour

I figure at the very least they can come out and play a few bluegrass songs in the middle of the set, but my preference would be for that to be the full show

No, it's real. Just hasn't been announced to the public. Part of an XPN event.

Yeah got pretty lucky he's playing both places and in the same week.

Haha lmao my friends and I did the same thing in college with a couple of the haunted abandoned buildings. We were way out in the woods in Vermont and all I could think of was the whisper in darkness by lovecraft

I think I'm gonna be a groupie. Thinking of seeing him in Salt Lake and following to Red Rocks, which I've wanted to do for the last two summers but wasn't able because of work. These dates work for me.

The s/t tour he came to Portland but then didn't show up in New England until three of four months later haha.

Wish he were coming to ATL outside of the Shaky Knees, I'm not one for festivals these days.

I don't think this is his Philly tour date by any means. This is a thing for David Dye, who has been a huge Ryan supporter for years.

Re: North American Tour

Just throwing out there that the lack of a Bonnaroo booking, plus the fact he played 2 sold-out nights at the Ryman in 2015 would point to Ryan playing the new Ascend Amphitheater here sometime this year. Either sometime in August or after the UK run.

I signed up for the "Verified Fan Presale" so a password may or may not be arriving tomorrow morning. I see that there's also an "Artist Presale" tomorrow-- does anyone know where one might find that password?
