Ryan on New Zealand TV (Interview and piano version of Fix It)

Unfortunately they fade out before the song finishes, but it's really pretty.

The presenter is a knobhead.

Re: Ryan on New Zealand TV (Interview and piano version of Fix It)

Oh, ok. I will try (probably tomorrow though, I am exhausted and about to go to bed). Any idea how I would go about doing it? It's just a video that plays on their website. I'm not that tech-savvy so if anyone can give any hints that would be great.

Mine worked. It had the message about only available in NZ but as soon as it finished loading it played fine. I thought the song was pretty but I could barely hear the talking parts.

wow, that's the first time in a long time he didn't ramble on and on. There was self control in him. What's going on? I liked fix it this way but I'm still not a fan of the falsetto.

Re: Ryan on New Zealand TV (Interview and piano version of Fix It)

He sounds like he did when he did the interviews for ET in 07 and he looks the same as well. The same hand movements and the stroking of the hair.

This Fix It is great - for me this is how it should have been on an album.

You couldn't be more right. I used to literally cringe when listening to some of his more recent interviews. Whatever changes have gone on with him for whatever reason, I think it's great. Maybe I'll get the old sidewalk chalk out and play a game of hopscotch.

Re: Ryan on New Zealand TV (Interview and piano version of Fix It)

Why is he trying to channel Barry Gibb with that falsetto? I hate it. He does look amazingly healthy. I wonder about the resentments as well. I'm also so relieved he can still hopscotch with abandon after flying to NZ despite his "balance issues."

But I do have to admit he sounded more coherent than I'm use to hearing and that is a good thing.

Oh wow. Ditto everyone's comments here. That was a great rendition of "Fix It" and I am glad to see Ryan looking so much better.

I can't stand his falsetto. The quality of his voice just doesn't hold out up there. He sounds all nasal to me.

I agree. This could have been an old interview except for the song.

You're probably right. That is a contributing factor but i think there's something else. You know a lot of those meds have a side effect of weight gain.
