So, can anyone explain to me what was so cool about Moonlighting? I've only watched a few episodes of it in my life. Could never get into it. But then I don't like Friends either. Definitely not roommate material for Ryan, am I.

I am so happy to hear someone else wasn't taken with Friends. I had no interest, seriously.

I think Friends is really lame, and I also feel that the actors in that show had next to no charisma. Yes, even the supposedly luscious Jen Anniston does nothing for me, but maybe coz I'm a straight girl.

I do have a weakness for Frasier, though. And I liked Cheers before Sam and Diane got together. As soon as they requited, it went downhill.

Funny how Ryan "doesn't watch TV," but he'll watch DVDs of lame old TV sitcoms.

That's funny. I liked Frasier too especially the brother.

Nothing was ever cool about moonlighting. They did an episode in iambic pentameter once.

I loved Friends. I didn't want to like it though. Even now I watch the reruns even though I've seen them all before.

Re: YES- he introduced the “black and white...

I am a Bruce Willis fan, and I watch Moonlighting purely for his wacky demeanor and jokes. He was himself in that role...
It is one of the most cheesy shows that were made, But I still enjoy it ...
