Re: Bon Iver - 22, A Million [Sept. 30]

I've been listening to this for the last week on my train commute to work and been enjoying it. But tonight I put it on while in bed and just actively listened to the whole thing and it really hit me how fucking amazing it actually is. Plenty of those little BI moments that hit me really hard, just a little melody or the way he sings a certain line or the way those guitars enter on Over Soon. Don't know how he does it but he's done it again.

Circle is an amazing tune, probably the most similar to the last album without many quirks going on but it works because of all the songs before it, if you listened to it as a standalone track it wouldn't have half the impact.

So I just gave this a spin today. It was already one of my top albums from last year, and now it's one of my favorites over the past two years. It's just really fantastic
