I picked this up yesterday. Really diggin' it. I'm not sure I hear the Springsteen? I do hear The Libertines on a couple of songs, though. Good album.

Yeah, I recognize that part. But as a whole I don't think every song sounds like Springsteen like some so many people have tried to make out. There are bands that are way more blatant rip-offs than these guys.

Piano in A Pot to Piss is total Bruce.

But yes. Its not a clear rip off of Bruce as a whole. but the New Jersey elements are certainly present.

Agreed. There are certainly nods aplenty to Bruce.

However, I sort of get tired of every band from Jersey automatically getting the "sounds like Springsteen" tag.

That's like saying every band from Texas sounds like Bob Wills.....kind of retarded.

Listened to a couple of tracks and I'm liking it too. I can hear early Pogues for sure. Springsteen is heavily referenced on one tune but I'll need to listen to the whole album obvs. Thanks Timmons, I'll be getting this one.
